NOTICE FOR CLUBS AND REFEREES: All Clubs should now have at least one club official able to receive automated Full Time e-mails.

The Full Time fixture e-mails contain the referee's contact details and so you should now be able to the referee using these details. Do not delete the e-mail or you will lose the contact data and the ERCFA's on-line handbook has not yet been uploaded onto their website.

Home clubs MUST confirm the fixture with the away team and the referee as per the guidance in the handbook. Games MUST be confirmed by Tuesday evening for Saturday fixtures.

You should also confirm with the away team the colours of each team to help avoid clashes of colour.

Away teams. If the home team offers hospitality and you do not intend to go back after the game please do them the courtesy of letting them know before the game.

For any referees who are not contacted by the Club to confirm games you should be able to contact the club secretary of the home team using the details in the Full Time e-mail or the electronic version of the handbook circulated by Trevor Rose. Please let us know if clubs do not contact you to confirm fixtures in order that we can determine why this did not take place.
