Player Registration Forms

Player registration should normally be done online using WGS.

1) If you use the 'Online Consent' facility, you do not need to complete paper registration forms. Otherwise you need written signed consent from parents for their child to play for your club, which last for the current season only. You can use our Player Registration form to do this, or you can modify this for your club's requirements as long as it includes this data as a minimum. DO NOT SEND THESE FORMS TO THE BSYL.

2) You can also register players on the day of a match using the Emergency Player Registration Form.
