GOALS GALORE AROUND THE GROUNDS !!!
Attleborough Royal Oak blaze to a 21-1 victory as Barwell Cricketers also hit double figures in the Tribune Cup.
League One Barwell Cricketers eased into Round Two of the TRIBUNE CHALLENGE CUP with a dominating 14-2 win over League Four Lord Nelson. Chris Neal hit 4, Tom Gault and Cam Atkinson both hit hat tricks and goals from Matt Pratt, Joe Neal, Chad Rees and Jordan Armstrong set the Cricketers up for a Round Two tie against Bedworth Eagles. Kieran McCurley and Bradley King scored the Lord Nelson goals.
Drayton raced into a 4-0 half time lead against League Four Lamb and Flag but the Flag came out regrouped and had a go in the second half against the Premier League outfit and were able to hold their heads high as the game finished 5-1. Lewis Commins and Connor Page both scored 2 each with the other goal coming from Jack Booker. James Rooke hit the Lamb and Flag reply. Drayton will face Ex-Servicemen's Bedworth in Round Two.
Acorn set themselves a Round Two tie against Attleborough Royal Oak after edging out Swan Dive in a close encounter. Harry Jackson and Josh Kelly scored the Acorn goals. Declan McCaulay scored the Swan Dive goal as the game finished 2-1 in Acorn’s favour.
Lewis Collins hit 6 for Drayton Reserves as they beat Sunnyside United Reserves 7-1. Ashley Clark scored the single. Star Limbu was on target for Sunnyside.
The League One Challenge Cup got underway on Sunday and Griff and Coton Manor picked up a 3-2 win over Ex-Servicemen's Bedworth. Isaac McLaughlin, Ryan Drake and Ryan Skidmore scored the Griff goals. Ethan Baynham scored a brace for the Servicemen.
Witherley United are now top of the ANCHOR INN (HARTSHILL) PREMIER LEAGUE albeit on goal difference after a 3-2 win over Haunchwood Sports. Adam Woods scored 2 and Alex Taylorson the other for Witherley. Ben Collins scored the Haunchwood goals.
2 Brady Middleton goals made sure Ambleside remain 2nd but they were held to a 2-2 draw against Wykin Social. Courtney Lashley and Oli Bradshaw scoring for Wykin.
Athletico Duke closed the gap at the top to 2 points on leaders Ex-Servicemen's Bedworth in TRIPLE R PAINTWORX LTD LEAGUE ONE as they picked up a 6-1 win over Burbage and Huncote. Ben Bates scored a hat trick with singles from Tyler McNally, Marley Henry and Braydon York. Noel Gilbert scored the Burbage and Huncote goal.
Red Lion (Barwell) finally got up and running in MARK BLAIR FINANCE LEAGUE TWO as they beat Ambleside Reserves 5-0. Joe Randle and Olly Walker both scored braces with the other coming from Luke Newton. The win lifts the Lion off the foot of the table

First played second as Trav’s hosted Newdigate United. The game produced plenty of goals but the points would be shared as the game finished 4-4. Joe Miles scored 2 and Ross Proudlock and Daniel Foster the others for Travs. Kai Smith was on hand to score a brace for Newdigate as Harry Neale and Tom Noon made sure they left with a share of the spoils. Travs remain 2 points clear at the top of the table.
Another 4-4 draw would come from the game between Royal Oak Hartshill and Conny United. Conny raced into a 2-0 lead before 4 Royal Oak goals late in the first half saw them go in to half time 4-2 up. Conny would come out fired up for the second half and score 2 more to make sure they left with a point. Mal Boyce hit the equaliser with a free kick for Conny. The others coming from a Ben Adams brace and Jude Almey. Toby Bartram and Lewis Collins scored 2 each for Royal Oak.
White Horse Atherstone were held to a 1-1 draw with Hinckley Wanderers. Dean Croasdale scored the Hinckley goal with Jordan Coles scoring for White Horse, taking his season tally to 12.
Grendon are now 3 points clear at the top of NUNEATON TROPHIES LEAGUE THREE as they beat 2nd place Chetwynd Chess 4-2. Lewis Landers, Dan Douglas, Nath Marples and Dave Boal with the Grendon goals. Daniel Law scored both Chetwynd goals.
4th placed SS Bulls Head had a chance to close the gap on 3rd but goals from Josh Atkinson, Ryan Brightwell and Jarrod Stone could not stop them falling to a 6-3 defeat at the hands of The Wharf Inn.
Max Green scored 2 and Daniel Trezise, Harry McDowell, Josh Smith and Sam Spencer for Wharf. The win lifts them to 6th place.
Goalkeeper Taylor Davis scored a penalty for HG FC Reserves as they beat Horseshoes 6-1. Jack Torode scored 2 with the singles coming from Aston Wale, Reece Grant and Macaulay Fellows. Ben Franklin scored the Horseshoes goal.
Steve Hall continued his fine goal scoring form for Crows Nest Sports as his goal took him on to 8 for the season. Liam Hill scored the other as they beat Sunnyside In 2-0. Crows Nest climb to 5th place after back to back wins.
The game of the day undoubtedly came at Pauls Land as Attleborough Royal Oak dismantled Griff and Coton Manor Reserves 21-1. Alex Lock and Jacob Bryan scored 5 each, Luke Ginnelly a hat trick, Kane Leeson and Josh Willis both scored braces and Ashley Tandy, Danny Richards, Josh Moon and Richard Jones pitched in with a goal a piece for Attleborough. Mark Mulholland did score a consolation for Griff.
The win lifts Royal Oak to 3rd in RICHARD DUNN LEAGUE FOUR.
Bedworth Eagles remain top after edging out Ex-Servicemen's Bedworth Reserves 3-2 in the all Bedworth derby. Axel Edie, Bradley Constable and Brandon Dryburgh scored the Eagles goals. Darmanick Campbell scored both Servicemen goals.
Michael Sadler scored a hat trick for Bedworth Liberals as they beat FC Burbage 5-3 to pull away in 4th place. Will Roe and Scott Jurkiewicz added the other Liberal goals.
