The final day of the NAPIT LEAGUE saw high drama unfold in TWO in the race for the title. However it was on Thursday that the NAPIT ONE title was claimed and it was Hasland who retained their crown adding to the Dey and Co Alma Cup and the Derbyshire Senior Sunday Cups already won to complete a fantastic treble. They completed the season in style too, scoring eight against Creswell who replied with three goals of their own. Fittingly it was ace goal getter Lee Clay who led the charge, hitting three of the goals, James Senior and Pete Stubley scored twice each with Ryan Booker adding goal number eight. FC Britannia who lost to Hasland in the Alma final concluded their fixture list with a visit to Fox Green to face Creswell and in an amazing game in which fourteen goals were scored lost 9-5, R Machin scoring four times for the winners.

The aforementioned drama in TWO concerned Tibshelf Town and Barrow Hill Memorial Club who's final day clash would decide who won the division and who would finish as runners up. Town had led the table for a large portion of the season and indeed began the day in pole position holding a single point advantage over Barrow Hill. In the sides previous meeting back in September it was Barrow Hill who won by three goals to nil, Chris Cave one of the scorers. And as history repeated itself Cave was on target again along with two goal Aiden Ordidge as the rematch also ended 3-0 in Barrow Hill's favour clinching the title. In the other TWO game Naughton, Bowman, Scott and Spencer were on target for Grassmoor Sports in their 4-3 win over Silver Birches.

Just as in TWO the NAPIT SEVEN title went down to the wire with Duckmanton Community requiring a victory over Grassmoor Gladiators to pip Oxcroft Utd to finish top. Community trailed Utd by three points at the start of play but so superior was their goal difference that just one goal would have been enough to claim the trophy. That one goal came as early as the sixth minute and six more followed before the half time interval as the goals flew in, five coming from Mark Reynolds. Gladiators improved after the break, conceding just once more but Shaun Gallagher, Graham Travis and Steve Johnson's goals completed the rout and a memorable day for everyone connected to Duckmanton Community FC as they won the NAPIT SEVEN crown.

In THREE Newton George and Dragon completed their fixtures with a victory Over Steelmelters Arms Killamarsh 5-2.

In FOUR Lowgates Sports Club, thanks to goals from White, Hughes, Slater and Herring beat Newbold by the odd goal in seven. Runners up Woodthorpe Inn finished their campaign in style, humbling Pilsley 7-2 Ant Lynam grabbing yet another hat trick in the win, meanwhile champions Steelmelters drew 3-3 with Chesterfield Arms, Shane Nunn, Bradley Nunn and Dave Kelly scoring for the winners, Mark Woods twice and Craig Virgillio for Arms.
