Forms for reporting postponements or abandoned matches.
POSTPONEMENTS
BOTH teams must submit confirmation of the postponement and reason to the Fixtures Secretary within 5 days of the scheduled date of the fixture.
If a team wants to postpone a match in advance of the fixture date, please complete the postponement form as early as possible. Once approved, the fixture will be marked as P-P on Full-Time.

ABANDONED MATCHES
If an OYFL match is abandoned, both teams and the match referee should submit a report within 24 hours of the fixture.

The information received will be sent to County FA level for review and for them to make a decision on whether either team is responsible (or both or neither) for the abandonment, and whether to raise any charges as appropriate.
The League Discipline Committee will then decide what happens to the fixture.
