TWS Cramptons, Windmill & Lesters Athletic all reach Kent Cup last 16.

Following a weekend where most of our teams were In County Cup action it is a return to league action for everyone this Sunday.
Premier Division
Counting House vs Kings United – Jacky Bakers 10.30am
The top two teams go head-to-head this weekend, neither team have lost in the league this season, but Kings came out on top in their recent clash in the Chris Sear Memorial Cup match. Zack Thomas is in red hot form having scored seven goals last Sunday but comes up against a defence that have conceded just once in the league so far.
Frames United vs TWS Cramptons – Jacky Bakers 10.30am
TWS Cramptons can go top of the table if they beat bottom side Frames United and results elsewhere go their way. Cramptons come into the match off the back of a win last weekend whereas Frames suffered a heavy defeat in the Chris Sear Cup.
Lanthorne vs Windmill – Jacky Bakers 10.30am
Two sides near the bottom of the table meet with both eager to get the three points and pull clear of the relegation places. Lanthorne lost out last weekend in the Premier Division Cup whilst Windmill were successful in the Kent Cup. Scoring has been an Issue for both teams with only ten between them so far.
First Division
Lesters Athletic vs Hussar – Vikings Field 10.30am
It is top against third in this clash, Lesters sit top but suffered their first defeat of the season last week whereas Hussar still have a 100% record in the league. Thomas Darrington remains top scorer for Lesters with Woody Pitman the divisions top scorer with ten for Hussar.
FC Inter Westgate vs Easy Scaff – Lymington Road Recreation Ground 10.30am
Easy Scaff come into this match in fine form having toppled the league leaders last weekend, a free scoring side that sees both Camron Haswell and Jamie Ridgeway on eight goals each. FC Inter Westgate lost out in the Kent Cup last week but sit just three points off the promotion places and in Daniel Harris they have someone with nine goals so far.
Monkton vs Northwood – Monkton Recreation Ground 10.30am
Monkton are now unbeaten in their last four matches and striker Matt Hardy has hit eight goals in six matches and they take on a Northwood side still searching for their first points of the season and lost out in the Kent Cup last Sunday.
Westgate Social Club vs Red Arrows – Jacky Bakers 10.30am
Red Arrows can return to the top of the table with a win coupled with defeat for Lesters, successive cup defeats will see them keen to get back to league action and will look towards Lukasz Olubek to continue his fine scoring form. Westgate can close in on the promotion places with a win and having lost out in the Kent Cup last week will want to get back to winning ways.
Westwood vs Macies – Jacky Bakers 10.30am
Macies could move into the promotion places with victory, unbeaten in all competitions since 15th September they will want to continue this fine form but will be without George Amber as he starts a three-match suspension. Westwood are still searching for their first points of the season and lost in the Kent Cup last Sunday, Will Bath leads their scorers with three so far/
Second Division
Thanet Athletic vs Shrimpos – Jacky Bakers 10.30am
These two teams meet just seven days after Shrimpos came from behind to win in the Kent Cup, this came at a cost as they have lost Justin Spinks for the next three matches due to suspension. Gareth Rushton has scored nine goals so far and Semon Murphy hit a hat trick last week against his former club. A win for Thanet Athletic could propel them up the table and will hope Cameron Escudier can continue his scoring form.
Sandwich Town vs Garden Bar – Baypoint Sports Club 10.30am
Game of the day in the division sees third play second, only one defeat between them this season so this promises to be a tight affair. Sandwich Town are unbeaten and have Reece Walker topping the scoring charts, Garden Bar have not lost since the opening day of the season but will be without Jasper Marsh who serves a one match ban following his dismissal last weekend.
Holman Carpentry vs The Vale – Bell Meadow Recreation Ground 10.30am
A win for either team would move them towards the promotion places, both lost in the Kent Cup last week so will want to get back to winning ways. The Vale will no doubt be looking to David Crane to continue his scoring form that sees him sat on nine goals this season, Holman Carpentry welcome Chris Clark back following his recent suspension and have both Samuel Boyton and Bailey Friend sat on three goals apiece.
