POSTPONEMENT FORM 2013/14

Postponement form to be submitted, by 7pm on day of fixture, to Disciplinary Sec - almundy.midwilts@live.co.uk.
The form must be completed online and not printed off, filled in, scanned and then emailed. This process does not work with the current system the Disciplinary Secretary uses.

Application form for clubs to enter the Mid Wilts Youth & Minor Football League in the 2019/20 season. Return by June 1st 2019.

Player Registrations
Reminder of closing date for player registrations for season 2017/18 is February 28th (U12 - U17/18s). All correctly completed forms should be with relevant Age Group Manager in time to complete process. This includes transfers.
