PF1 - MATCH POSTPONEMENT REQUEST FORM
To be used for the following reasons only: (All other reasons use PF2)
1. Postponement due to an organised School trip or School activity
2. Postponement due to a fixture arranged in a scheduled School holiday
3. Postponement due to Manager/Coach unavailable (max 1 time per team)
PF2 - MATCH POSTPONEMENT FORM
To be used for all postponements except those covered by PF1.
It is the duty of the home team to inform the Match Officials, Opposition Team, Fixtures Secretary and League Secretary without delay.
