Pocklington Town Cup Winners

Congratulations to Pocklington Town Ladies on winning the League Cup at the first attempt. Pocklington and North Ferriby both produced excellent performances on the day. The game, which was a played throughout in the true spirit of sport finished 1 - 1, and penalties were required to decide the winners.
The match was decided when Pocklington keeper Georgia Marsden made her second save to give Town a 4 - 3 victory.
Pocklington's Katie Duckworth won the Player of the Match Award and presentations were also made to North Ferriby's Emily Taylor as the season's top goal scorer and Dennis Drewry for the League's Referee of the Year.
