All Clubs to complete and return by 31 March
CONTINUATION OF MEMBERSHIP OR WITHDRAWAL OF A CLUB
In order to meet the requirements of rule 14A please complete the attached form and submit it back to Jackie Batten, League Secretary by 31 March 2017.
If you do not wish to use the form you can send an email confirmation of your intentions for season 2017/18 to Jackie instead.
There is no enforced relegation from the First Division this season due to the number of teams in the League, however, any Club considering voluntary relegation to a County League should also speak to Jackie as soon as possible so that discussions can be held with the County Leagues about vacancies.
We will support any team that feels the Regional level is no longer suitable for them and would like some help to go back to play in County League.
RULE 14
14. (A) A Club intending, or having a provisional intention, to withdraw a team from the Competition on completion of its fixtures and fulfilment of all other obligations to the Competition must notify the Secretary in writing by 31 March in the current Season.
