The conclusion of the 2020-21 season has been agreed by club's at a Special General Meeting on 10th March 2021.
Following a number of weeks of consultation with clubs (club survey), other leagues across the country, the County FA, facility providers and as a committee - a proposal for the conclusion of the season was put forward to clubs..
At the Special General Meeting on Wednesday 10th March 2021, each club in the league was given a vote as to whether they wished to agree or disagree with the proposal outlined by the league management committee.
Following that vote, we can confirm the proposal was accepted by a majority of clubs and so work will now be completed to ensure we are ready to resume football on Saturday 3rd April 2021.
It is the league’s intention to:
> complete the current league season with everyone playing each other once (with adjustments made to the table for those who have already played twice)
> complete all 2019/20 Cup Finals
> complete 4 cup competitions simultaneously in a new format (teams have been placed into competitions based upon their current league position on PPG). These competitions will be played in a Group Stage, Semi Final and Final format.
Fixtures will be released in the coming days and we look forward to football resuming in early April; pending final guidelines from the FA.
