Minutes of League meeting held at Melville Hotel on Wednesday 3 May 2017 at 7.45pm.

Variety of e-mails from FA some to discuss via Tony and myself
Treasurer
Advised books closed 30 April but some clubs still owe. Will give full update at the AGM
Registrations.
Tony gave an update and offered help where needed and also advised that the FA will help as well and even visit to people at home to help. Tony was surprised to find none of our clubs represented at the 3 seminars he attended.
Referees.
Mark gave an update and advised that abuse appears to have decreased currently. No other problems raised at present.
Fixtures.
Possible problem re John Old Cup final date and teams involved expressed their approach to this. Stated I would check situation with the FA and confirm with finalists.

Disciplinary.
Tony went through the tables as supplied by the FA and let teams know results of their red/yellow cards and where this puts clubs on the disciplinary table.
League Secretary. Appraised the clubs of the FA Paper re ‘sin bins’ which led to a hearty discussion. Clubs voted to reject our involvement as they saw a myriad of problems and I said I would e-mail them the paper to read.

Draw. First number was 24 Barlow Moor Rovers – absent :6 Moss Side absent; 11 Cheadle Hulme Albion collected £100.00
AOB. Discussed venue and clubs voted to remain at Melville Hotel in preference to The Alker. Duncan McIntyre to discuss terms with landlord.
