Yorkshire Amateur clinched the Premier Division Title with a 1-4 victory at Harrogate Railway on Sunday 8 May 2022.

The Champions finished the season 8 points clear of Runners-up Leeds Medics & Dentists, losing only once in the League.

Ripon City were successful in their application for promotion & will compete in the North East Regional Women's Football League next season.

League Cup Runners-up Ossett United Development & Silsden have been relegated to the First Division.
