Players who were registered for a team in 2008 there entrance cards have been re-activated for the New Year and will work from 6.00pm on Tuesday. If any new players have registered cards will be ready for collection from the reception desk at your next fixture on Tuesday. All de-registered players have had there cards de-activated and taken off the Sportspark system.

All new teams that handed in there registration book or old teams who have registered new players for the 2009 Winter League, please be aware that your new entrance cards are ready to be picked up at your fixture on Tuesday. All you need to do is state your team name and the reception will give you cards for all your registered players. If you did not hand in your registration book or you have not registered any new player you will not have any entrance cards awaiting you at the Sportspark.

Teams that have not given your registration book to the Centre Coordinator will not have any entrance cards. It is vital that all registration books are handed in as this will activate the entrance cards and also the personal accident and public liability insurance. If we do not have your book your players may not be covered. Please ensure all teams hand in the remaining registration books to the Centre Coordinator at the next fixture.

The rules of the entrance cards are.

The cards will only work from 6.00pm till 9.30pm on Tuesdays

The card will only work once in a set period of time meaning you cannot pass it back to a friend

It is all players responsibility to ensure they have there card with them at all fixtures. The reception staff at the Sprtspark have been informed to not allow access without payment if any player do not have your card, so don?t ask!!

If a team registers a new player they MUST complete a registration form which the Centre Coordinator will have. A card will be available for them to pick up at the next fixture from reception, simply state your name.

If a team wishes to register a player you can contact me via email with all the players? details including date of birth, contact tel. numbers and address. If it is before 5pm on a Thursday a card will be available at your next fixture.

If for any reason a player leaves a team please inform me or the Centre Coordinator, there entrance card can then be de-activated.

Please do not abuse this system, the Sportspark are kindly allowing us to do this and if at any time they are not happy with it they will change there policy. The cards are free and it only takes a minute for players to complete a registration form, a team can have a maximum of 15 registered players.
