Chairman. Tony H opened the meeting welcomed everyone.
Correspondence: Emails from FA and Clubs.
Referee Secretary: None.

Treasurers:
All outstanding fees need to be paid tonight at the latest
Total amount of money owed for league & pitch fees is £ 4,719
If you look in the rule book it states ALL monies should be paid by 1st August.
John will be emailing clubs who owe money with a view to suspending games until the money is paid. Asked for all outstanding monies in tonight or made by BAC. ASAP

Registrations Last date for registering new players should be midnight tonight however I will extend this for another three weeks.
Last day to register players is 23/3/16

There is a charge of £2 per player for teams registering over 25 players therefore I would advise teams to deregister players that are surplus to requirements.

Fixtures:
Due to the recent bad weather where games have not been played the league will endeavour to assist in arranging fixtures.Teams were asked if they wanted to play on Easter Sunday and if so could they email Tony to confirm
A few teams asked if they could play on Good Friday Tony agreed to look into this.
Due to the backlog of games Tony asked teams to email him with a preferred day during the week they wished to play Tony will try his best but cannot guarantee they will get that day .

Disciplinary
Stuart Listen has sent out fines and has had little response. Fines need to be paid ASAP

None. Tony 3 teams may be folding. South Manchester Warriors asked If league fees can be paid by the league and be paid back a bit at a time.
