Instructions as follows: -

Print off your player form.
Hand write players name and details on form.
Take proof of age.
Get opposing manager to sign anywhere on form.
Then send in typed form as normal after match (within two days after the Match) so player can be registered,
Note. Max of Two Players per Match can be signed in this way on the day.
