Please remember that it is the responsibility of the HOME team to ensure the form is completed with ALL details (including players, goal scorers and fair play marks for the Away team) and sent to the Registrations Secretary (Steve Provis) to arrive no later than 3 DAYS from the date of the match.
In addition the Home team is responsible for telephoning or emailing the match score to the Fixture & Results Secretary (Jon Baker) within 3 hours of the completion of the match
