Notice of the HWSL Annual General Meeting has been issued by e-mail to Club Secretaries at the club e-mail addresses provided by the League Management Committee at the start of the season. The notice is accompanied by a copy of the Agenda, Proposed Constitution for 2011-12 and supporting documentation.

This notice must be acknowledged by return e-mail or by text to the League Secretary. If clubs require a paper copy of the Notice and supporting documentation, they should send a stamped A4 envelope to the League Secretary at his home address.
