Ashbourne lift the cup

Ashbourne started favorites for the cup but a very resilient DCCT side gave a good performance in three very tight games but plenty of action with goalkeepers at both ends were in fine form. The first two games ended in 0-0 stalemates and the third game looked to be heading the same way until Ashbourne took a lead following a good move and finish. Ashbourne then played out the remaining time to lift the cup and league/cup double after a fine season.
