NORTHERN DIVISION
Mixed fortunes bestowed the two new clubs to the League. Borrowash Victoria had an impressive 3-1 home win over Ashby Ivanhoe thanks to strikes from Josh Piggott, Lewis Belgrave and Kyle Hollis with Ashbys’ reply coming from George Clamp. Mansfield Town suffered a 4-3 defeat away at Allexton & New Parks. Jack Allen bagged himself a first half hat trick with Sam Lee scoring the other. Mansfields’ replies coming from Nyle Blake, Harry Berkinshaw and Keaton Ward. Coalville town suffered a 2-1 defeat at the hands of Gresley who had Owen Judd and Harry Bourne getting on the score sheet, with Corey Thorpe replying for the Ravens. Saffron Dynamo switched Divisions for this season and started brightly with a 2-0 away victory at Ibstock United. Ashton Gray and Jake Moran scoring for the Dynamo.
SOUTHERN DIVISION
St Andrews started their campaign with a 4-3 away win over Harborough Town. Jared Rydquist (2), Jamie York and Sergio Dhillion for the Andrews with Sam Ashton (2) and Matt Brown replying for Harborough. Lutterworth Athletic started as they finished last season with a 3-1 away win over Thurmaston Magpies. Sam Green, Paul Chisholm and Oliver Davison for the Atho with Dominic Ford replying for the Magpies. Aylestone Park and Leicester Nirvana shared the points in a 1-1 draw. Jordan King for the Park with Jordan Nelson replying for Nirvana.
