Competition formats explained

The U15s Major Cup is already underway and is a straight knockout competition.

The U15s InvitationCup will be a group-based competition this season in an effort to make up for the fewer than usual number of league fixtures. There are four groups, with teams playing each other once and the top two teams from each group going through to the quarter finals, which will be on a knockout bias. 3rd & 4th Placed teams will go through to a Shadow competition.

Group games will be 3 points for a win and 1 for a draw. Should teams finish level on points then the result of their meeting will decide which team goes through - if still level then qualification will be decided on goal difference and then goals scored if still level.
