This seasons’ Final will be an all Southern Division affair with St Andrews and Aylestone Park 94 both overcoming Northern Division opposition, in Barrow Town and Gresley respectively.
With neither Barrow or St Andrews ground available due to the pitch being worked on, this tie was played at Allexton & New Parks 3G facilities. The Andrews were 2-0 up within the first 2 minutes and went on to record an emphatic 13-0 victory. Shay Brennan bagged 4 taking his seasons tally to 40 in all competitions, Ben Stephens (3), Sam Hollis (2), with Brady Hickey, Sam Preston, Eric Shipley and Joe Lee, with his 1st goal of the season, all chipping in.
Gresley gave up home advantage due to their ground being unavailable and switched the tie to Aylestone Park 94s’ Saffron Lane ground. 94 used this to their advantage and made the Final with a emphatic 9-2 victory. Justin Peace (4), Marshall Keenan (2). Elliott Putman, Callum Riley and Abdul Bakhsh all on target for the 94. Gresleys replies coming from Callum Riddell and Harry Arkless.
