Decision Made to Have Player Registration By Post

At our recent AGM we announced we would publish the player registration dates to everyone in the near future. After lengthy discussion and to avoid long queues and delays at venues, we have decided to register all players by post for the forthcoming 2011/12 season.

When you are ready to register your players please follow the instructions below:

1. Complete a registration form for each player you wish to register (player, parent and manager must sign the form)
2. Complete a registration card for each player except the registration number
3. Obtain a proof of age for each player. We accept photocopies of birth certificate, passport, or government photo ID. We will also accept last season’s ID card from our league or another
4. Write a cheque for the total amount (£1 per player) made payable to Bedfordshire Youth Saturday League
5. Place all this in an envelope and post to: Samantha Hakin, Registration Secretary, 111 Grimshoe Road, Downham Market, Norfolk, PE38 9WF. May we suggest you send it by a form of post you can track, trace, or prove you have posted
6. Please make sure you pay the correct postage

Once we receive all of the above we will process the registrations and post the laminated cards and proof of age back to you within a few days. Please bear in mind you need at least 12 players registered by 31st August.
