Last weeks match between Rams Re-United and Inter Yasister had to be abandoned with 6 minutes remaining due to an unfortunate, serious injury to an Inter Yasister player which meant the player could not be moved until an ambulance arrived. At the time of the injury, the score was 2-2. We hope you will join us in wishing this player a full and speedy recovery.

As more than three quarters of the scheduled match time had elapsed before the suspension of play, the score at the time of the incident has been recorded as the match result.

This incident caused a degree of disruption to the later games meaning that both the fixture between Dave FC & Coffee Shop 36 and Deportivo Sankey & Cool And The Gang had to be postponed at short notice, while the matches played on Pitch A overran significantly. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused to these teams.

The postponed match between Deportivo Sankey & Cool And The Gang cannot affect the outcome of the finishing positions in the Division and as such will not be replayed.

Depending on next weeks results, the postponed match between Dave FC & Coffee Shop 36 could affect the outcome of the relegation issues in Division B. If this match needs to be replayed, it will be replayed on Tuesday 26th January at 8.50pm. We will confirm this arrangement with both teams after Monday’s matches.
