Friendly Game

The game got off to a very fast start by PV. With constant attacks from midfield with J.Smith dominating with good tackles and direct running.J.Smith opened the scoring with a run through middle to make it 1-0. Jack Smith soon added 3 more goals all crated with strong work in centre of the park.A J.Smith tackle and pass through middle set J.Vigor to score with a low shot and bring score to 5-0. J.Smith added his 5th goal and PV 6th with a low long range shot to make it 6-0. After a few subs were made Wanborough began to get a foot hold on the game forcing the PV Goalkeeper M.Dellaney into a couple good stops.HT 6-0
The 2nd half got off to a good start with C.Tarrant scoring a great individual goal to make it 7-0 but Wanborough were forcing a way into the game and R.Kimber makde some great tackles to prevent Wanbororugh scoring. A powerful shot forced the PV GK into a fantastic save stopping a certain Wanborough goal. Before J.Smith came back on the field to score his 6th and PV 8th goal to make it 8-0. A strong tackle by O.Reeves set a loose ball into the path of C.Tarrant to score his 2nd and make the final score 9-0 to Pewsey Vale. Great performance by both sides.
