2.Substitutions were discussed. Motion to allow 5 substitutes as in the National Cup ? Not carried
3.National Cup update from Tony Mitchell ? 23 teams from MCL involved. Any ground issues contact Steve Dunne ? 079205650680 as he deals with groundsmen direct. Tony Mitchell to ask Keith Hammond if there is a database of contact details for National Cup teams. Referees fee £30 for National Cup. Reminder that 5 substitutes may be used. Linesmen to flag for offside.
4.Referees ? Managers to confirm games no later than Tuesday, managers to introduce themselves to referees on Saturday, offer substitutes names, offer fee before game, manager to check for potential colour clash and ensure corner flags are available.
5.John Burton stated referees are to clamp down on dissent and constant abusive language will result in a yellow card.
6.Finance ? fines to be issued for non-attendance of Managers Meeting.
7.Any other Business ? Constitution to be checked regarding rules for transfers. Signing forms must be countersigned by both managers if it is the day of the game.
